Multi-Location Viewing
Upon login, you'll be asked to select which account you wish to view.
- If you have one location, you'll see one option β select it to continue.
- If you have multiple locations, slide over to the Groups tab and select your group name to view all locations at once.
- To set a default location for future logins, select the three dots beside a specific location and choose Set as default.
Posting to Social Media: Group-Wide
To post across multiple locations at once, open the Social Tool and start a new post or campaign.
- Use the Refine locations dropdown to select which locations you want to post on behalf of.
- Under Social networks, add the social media channels you want to publish to.
Bulk Uploading Keywords (Group View)
To push keyword tracking to all locations in your group at once:
- Switch to Group view using the account selector at login.
- Select the Listings dropdown in the navigation menu.
- Select Keyword Tracking.
- Click Bulk add keywords β this will push the selected keywords to all locations in your group.
Add DFM to Your Mobile Device
DFM can be added to your phone's home screen for quick, app-like access on the go β no app store required.

iPhone / iPad (Safari)
- Log in to your account and navigate to app.thedfmagency.com in Safari.
- Tap the Share button on the browser's bottom bar.
- Select Add to Home Screen.
- Confirm the name and tap Add.

Android (Chrome)
- Navigate to app.thedfmagency.com in Chrome.
- Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the browser.
- Tap Install App.
- Find the app in your installed apps list.
- Tap and hold the icon, then select Add to Home Screen.

All Set!Once added, all your DFM products are available on the go directly from your home screen.
