Navigating DFM

Learn how to navigate the platform and add DFM to your mobile devices.

Multi-location viewing and posting

Upon login, you will be asked to select which account you wish to view.

If you have one account, you will see one option. If you have multiple accounts, slide over to the ‘Groups’ tab and select your group name view to view all locations at once.

Select the three dots beside a specific location to set as a default for future logins.

 

Posting to social media: Group wide

To post across multiple channels, open the Social Tool and start a post or campaign.

The ‘Refine locations‘ dropdown allows you to select which locations you wish to post on.

Under ‘Social networks‘ add social media channels.

Bulk uploading Keywords - Group view

In group view, select ‘Listings‘ dropdown, select ‘Keyword Tracking‘, select ‘Bulk add keywords‘. This will push the keyword tracking to all selected locations.

How to add DFM to mobile devices

IOS Device

Log in to your account.

Navigate to the URL using the Safari browser. Click the “Share” button on the browser’s bottom bar.

Select “Add to Home Screen

Users might be prompted to add the name of the app.

All products are now available on the go!

Andriod Devices
  1. Navigate to the URL of the Business App using the Chrome browser
  2. Tap on the three-dot overflow menu in the top-right corner of the browser
  3. Click “Install App”
  4. Find the app in your list of installed apps
  5. Tap and hold the app icon
  6. Select “Add to home screen”
